Return and Exchange

RETURN AUTHORIZATION

If you would like to return an item, an RMA number (Returns Merchandise Authorization) must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order. Please contact our customer service department or email us at support@unitedpups.com. Please note that all shipping costs on returns is not covered by United Pups. In your message, please indicate your order number, item to be returned, phone number and any details you'd like to discuss about the item.

RETURNING YOUR PURCHASE

All returns must be made within 7 days of receiving an RMA number. You will be provided return instructions when you contact the customer service department.

EXCHANGES

Exchange requests are permitted on the same product for a different size based on stock availability. If you wish to exchange your item for a different product, you may return your item for store credit and then purchase the new item separately. US Domestic shipping is complementary on the replacement item to you, but exchanges made to destinations outside of the United States will be charged accordingly (customs, import duty and taxes will also apply).

OUR POLICY

Items should be returned unused and with all United Pups garment tags still attached. Returns which are damaged or soiled may not be permitted and may be returned to the customer at the customers expense.

All items returned should have the RMA number clearly written inside the return parcel to allow easy identification and prompt processing. Unidentified returns may be returned to the sender.

FAULTY ITEMS

Items are considered faulty if they are received in a damaged state or show clear manufacturing faults. Faulty items should be reported within 7 days of receiving the item. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.

If you would like to exchange a faulty item instead of obtaining a refund, we will do our best to replace the item with the same product in the same size, subject to availability. If the same product is not available, you are entitled to a full refund.

COLORS

We make every effort to display product colors as accurately as possible on the web site. We use standard daylight lighting when photographing the products.

Unfortunately, monitors may differ for color accuracy, we are not responsible for the accuracy of your display.

WEEKLY SPECIALS

Items in the weekly special are are covered by our non-faulty item guarantee, however exchanges and returns will not be accepted otherwise. Please review the size chart and order appropriately for the weekly special items. Weekly special items are limited in quantity and availability.
